Screening Process

Our screening process depends on what you need and what you prefer as well as what our years of VA experience but here is the general procedure we do:

  1. Source Candidates
  2. Qualify Applicants through thorough checking (We review profiles, resumes, social media handles, etc.)
  3. First round of interview (Find out which ones are capable and reached the minimum requirement in terms of skills, experience and setup)
  4. Second round of interview (We find out which ones have the potential to shine, grow and which ones are suitable and in-sync with your values and culture.
  5. Optional: Test and exercises (Conduct activities and tests to ensure proficiency in any given task or skill. Please note that we will need expert help in this and may come from you.)
  6. Final interview with you. Yes, you. We want you to get to know them. After which we are available for questions if you need help deciding and figuring our who to go for.

All interviews with applicants is recorded and you have access to all files, reports and documents.

VA Recommendation

Based on what you need, you will receive 5 pre-qualified VAs that you can interview for the job. Remember, at the end of the day, you will be working with these VAs, to make sure you are compatible, a final interview by you is highly recommended.

After each interviews, we will be there to ask for your feedback as well as answer questions you may have to arrive to a decision.
